About the Role Customer Obsession AI team's mission is to create highly efficient and magical support experiences for Uber customers by leveraging the power of data and AI. We specialise in NLP, GenerativeAI and Computer Vision. We are a full-stack AI team working on LLM research, rapid model prototyping, robust evaluation systems, and reliable infrastructure for deployment scale. We are looking for candidates with deep expertise in NLP / GenAI and end-to-end experience launching large scale AI models in production. You will lead Generative AI initiatives by identifying step change opportunities, researching latest techniques, guiding the team in end to end AI development and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver AI solutions in production creating significant business value.
