Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or client relations at SaaS companies.
  • Experience serving B2B clients and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
  • Analytical ability to interpret metrics and customer usage behavior.
  • Experience in SaaS companies focused on management software, ERP, or marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Ploomes and ClickUp.
