Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or client relations at SaaS companies.
- Experience serving B2B clients and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
- Analytical ability to interpret metrics and customer usage behavior.
- Experience in SaaS companies focused on management software, ERP, or marketplaces.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Ploomes and ClickUp.
