Customer Support Associate – International Travel Process (GDS/Amadeus)
Location: Gurugram, Sector 30 (Work From Office)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
⏰ Shift: Rotational Shifts
Cab Facility: Pick & Drop (Both Sides within a 20 KM Radius)
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International Travel Process. If you have experience in GDS (Amadeus) and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities-
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to international travel bookings. Manage flight reservations, cancellations, rebookings, and modifications using Amadeus GDS.
- Assist customers with ticketing, fare rules, refunds, and re-issuance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
