Location: Cebu City (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₱26,000/month

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- At least 3 to 6 months of BPO or call center experience
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Customer-focused and willing to work onsite on shifting schedules
