The role leads a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver value to RingCentralās customers by applying best practices in change management, driving adoption, and ensuring successful outcomes.

- Manage a group of Customer Success Managers and drive value for RingCentralās customers through expert changeāmanagement practices.
