Job Description
Purpose We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and technically curious Customer Success Representative to support our Digital Farming (Grow Sphere) customers. This role is focused on proactive customer engagement, onboarding, education, and ongoing support to help growers get the most value from their automation and digital farming tools.
This position serves as a primary point of contact for new and existing customers. Primarily through scheduled phone and virtual meetings, ensuring they understand how to use the Grow Sphere platform and feel confident incorporating it into their daily operations. The ideal candidate enjoys teaching, problem‑solving, and working with innovative agricultural technology while building strong, professional relationships with growers.
