Role Overview

Weโ€™re looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in data, analytics, or AI-driven platforms. In this role, you will act as the bridge between enterprise clients and Crayonโ€™s AI agentic solutions translating business problems into actionable data insights and ensuring adoption of maya.ai across customer ecosystems.

Youโ€™ll work closely with clients in Riyadh and other regions, managing relationships, delivering measurable business impact, and driving continuous value realization. This could be for Crayon platforms or for a solution we have built for the Client.
