As a member of our high‑impact Customer Success team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they obtain maximum value from the WorkWave platform and assisting with upsell opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the client relationship: act as the main point of contact for accounts, ensuring they maximize value and collaborating with Account Managers for a 360 view and upsell support.
- Drive proactive growth: anticipate client needs, identify expansion opportunities, and align solutions with business goals.
- Master the product: become the internal expert on WorkWave features and benefits for clients.
