Job Description
Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. in Singapore is looking for a dedicated customer service professional. You will work as part of a team to address and manage queries related to the NS Pre-enlistment journey, ensuring each case reaches satisfactory closure.
The ideal candidate will hold at least a Polytechnic Diploma, possess IT skills, and be proficient in communication and customer service. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm, based at CMPB Depot.
