Customer Success Associate – US Accounts | GACS | Remote (India)

What you‘ll actually be doing

• Jump on live calls with US customers — onboarding sessions, health checks, performance reviews. You‘re their go-to person.
• Turn marketing numbers into plain English — leads, clicks, conversions, ROI. No jargon walls allowed.
• Handle churn risks and sticky situations with calm, confidence, and a solution mindset.
• Collaborate with CS, Ad Ops, and Analytics teams — because great outcomes are a team sport.
• Build lasting relationships where clients actually look forward to your calls.
