Job Summary
This role support airfreight/oceanfreight enquiries and quotations, coordination of shipments. Timely updates to customers and partners on shipment status
Responsibilities- Support airfreight and oceanfreight shipments enquiry, ensure timely reply.
- Liaise with global offices/agents with regards to sales-related.
- Provide in-house support to sales personnel in RFI, RFQ, SOP.
- Coordinate shipments with operation teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Communicate shipment status updates timely to Customers and Overseas Partners.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to deliver excellent customer service.
- Perform other official duties as assigned by Senior Management.
