As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless order processing and providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams. What You’ll Do
- Process orders in SAP and Service Cloud for clients via email for accuracy and timely fulfilment
- Provide comprehensive support to Customers and Sales, Commercial, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams
- Perform administrative support for the process of Customer Service Support and handle Adhesive order entry processes
