Customer Service Support Coordinator

Full time, permanent

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service Support team. You'll have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach, supporting internal and external customers while ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and within KPI targets. How you will help us and what you can expect

  • Accurate and timely processing of letters of indemnity, re-export bookings, change of destinations, Customer Service Audits and admin related tasks in line with agreed KPIs 
  • Manage own workload and communicating effectively with polite telephone manner to resolve queries
  • Maintain information on internal systems such as OVA and the MyMSC platform
