3 to 4 months Temporary contract (6 days a week)

Functional Skills
- Contact Centre / Customer Service experience
- Banking or Financial Services exposure (preferred)
- Digital and Mobile Banking support knowledge
- Call handling and objection management skills
- Customer issue resolution and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of banking products and services
