Hours: Monday-Friday, Full Time
WOW Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Claims Specialist to join our healthcare/not-for-profit client, based full-time in their modern Pyrmont office.
This is a unique, people-first role combining customer service, claims administration and client consultation. You’ll be speaking with clients via Zoom and phone, gathering information, assessing eligibility, and supporting them through the early stages of an industrial deafness/hearing-related claims process.
