Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Promote cruise packages, upgrades, and special offers
Assist customers with reservations, itinerary details, and payment processing
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate travel information
Achieve sales and performance targets
Maintain customer records and booking documentation
Follow company policies and quality standards

Qualifications
- Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School
- Open to applicants with at least 1 year of outbound sales experience
