Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve shipping-related issues promptly and professionally
- Support the sales team by providing quotations, managing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for business growth
- Coordinate and manage shipping operations, including booking cargo space, arranging transportation and managing documentation for import and export shipments
- Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, invoices and packing lists
- Track shipments and provide customers with regular updates on cargo status and expected delivery times
