The ideal candidate should be familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the customer service field. Main field of activity:
• Coordinate all incoming calls to sell goods and services for the organization.
• Provide customer service and support by specifying, coordinating, and informing customers of the current status of their orders, as well as by informing them of the distribution network for sales and repair efforts.
• Receive written or verbal customer purchase orders for material or merchandise from customers or salespeople. This work typically involves some combination of the following duties: quoting prices; determining availability of ordered items and suggesting substitutes when necessary; advising expected delivery date and method of delivery; recording order and customer information on order sheets; checking order sheets for accuracy and adequacy of information recorded; ascertaining credit rating of customer; furnishing cu...
