As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members, providers, facilities, clients, and brokers. You will handle inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claim status, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

+ Provide accurate information regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim status.

+ Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

+ Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

+ Answer 50-100 calls a day in a fast-paced call center setting

+ Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues.

+ Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
