Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service and enjoy solving problems? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with a technical mindset to join a leading industrial solutions business on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, contact centre or technical support environment who enjoys helping customers, learning new products and working in a fast-paced team. Following your training period, you'll have the flexibility to work 2 days from home each week.
This role would be ideal for an early-career junior applications engineer looking to build your technical expertise in a customer-focused role
