Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Wisconsin in a contract-to-permanent capacity. In this role, you will support customers by preparing timely quotations, entering and updating orders, and ensuring each transaction is handled with precision from request through completion. This position works closely with internal partners to resolve questions, manage subscription-related contract activity, and deliver a responsive, high-quality customer experience while contributing ideas that improve day-to-day processes.
