Training: 4 weeks in length. Onsite everyday. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Shoreview, MN. Hybrid schedule after training

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Job Description:

Responsible for handling complex, escalated, high-value, or high-profile customer inquiries and complaints that require special attention. These cases may come from senior leadership, regulatory agencies, business partners, or internal management teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues through research, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Make and receive outbound and inbound calls with customers, clients, bankers, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to gather information and drive issue resolution.
