What Were Looking For We are looking for a pleasantCustomer Service Representativeto undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.
You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
A customer-oriented approach is essential.
You will responsible for: Answering phones and setting schedules for techs and delivery drivers Keeping adequate inventory & managing collections Creating and closing daily work orders Assisting walk-in customers with water & salt orders (must be willing & able to lift up to 50 lbs) Assisting with truck unloading Who You Are Front office, clerical, or customer service; trades experience is a plus Strong computer skills Excellent customer service skills
