Job Description

Work Schedule

  • Rostering shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM PHT
  • 5 working days per week, 8-hour shifts
  • Rest days assigned on a rotating basis (no fixed rest days)

Work Setup

  • Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite and 3 days work from home per week
  • Training: Comprehensive 1-month onsite training, followed by a transition to the hybrid work setup upon successful completion of training

What will you do?

The Online Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the client's online customer experience is positive at all times and, when negative experiences occur, for resolving issues with the customer within specified time frames. The purpose of this role is to show the customers that we care and, in turn, create loyal raving fans.
