About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, as a key member of our Invercargill branch, you'll be involved in both front counter service and stores operations. You'll be the face of TWL to our customers while also keeping things humming behind the scenes.
Your day will include
- Serving customers in person, by phone, and online
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving goods, data entry into inventory system, and stock control
- Maintaining tidy, well-presented product displays
