Beta Associates, a Rawalpindi-based construction firm, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage client communications, stakeholder coordination, and administrative follow-up for construction projects. The role interfaces with clients, site teams and office staff to ensure timely information flow, prompt resolution of queries, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Log, track and follow up on client requests and complaints; elevate technical or site issues to project supervisors.
