Job Description
- Salary: up to 28,000 - 29,000
- Location: Vertis North Quezon City
- Set up: Full Onsite
- Schedule: Night shift
- Set up: Direct Hire
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Service representative or Technical Support Representative
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to explain issues clearly to non-technical users
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
- Must be willing to support clients across multiple channels, phone calls and emails
- Willing to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
