Due to continued business growth Drain Doctor are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative.

Job Type Full-time or part-time opportunities. Monday to Friday (plus ability to work weekends on a rota and support out-of-hours calls if required). Benefits Competitive annual salary. Converting customer enquiries into booked appointments. Dispatching engineers to appointments. Keeping customers informed of schedule changes. Conducting follow-up service calls. General office duties including filing, ordering stock, purchase invoice matching and other general administrative duties.
