A large healthcare provider is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for incoming calls related to workersโ€™ compensation claims. This position requires strong customer service skills, quick thinking, and the ability to accurately route callers and enter new claim information into the system. While prior workersโ€™ compensation experience is a nice to have, however the team is willing to teach the technical components โ€” strong communication, and multitasking ability are required.

Key Responsibilities
Phone Intake & Call Routing โ€” Serve as the lead on incoming phone lines; answer calls within two rings and identify caller needs quickly and accurately.

Customer Service Support โ€” Communicate with injured employees, service officers, and internal adjusters; ensure callers are directed to the correct resource.

New Claim Entry โ€” Enter new workersโ€™ compensation claims into the internal system with speed...
