Qualifications
- Engineering graduates w/o BPO experience are welcome to apply.
- For undergraduate applicants, at least three (3) years of study in any engineering-related course must have been completed.
- Preferably with 6 months BPO experience handling any TECHNICAL ACCOUNT but open to candidates with no BPO experience.
- Good communication skills both in English and Tagalog with ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms and has active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
- Basic understanding of how solar panels work.
- Knowledge of different types of solar panel (grid-tied, off-grid, hybrid)
