Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Listen and resolve the customer's concerns and queries
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmness
  • Respond to complaints, resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Deliver information about a company's offerings
  • Provide proactive and extra‑mile service
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and respond to customer reviews
  • Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and review feedback to continually improve the entertainment across the platform
  • Identify service gaps and establish programs to address the gaps
  • Assist in driving the customer loyalty strategy of the platform and ensure every agent has a strong education on desired programs

Requirements

  • 2 years in College or Bachelor's Degree holder
  • 1 to 2 years' experience as CSR (Chat/Call Support)
