Responsibilities
- Listen and resolve the customer's concerns and queries
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmness
- Respond to complaints, resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems
- Deliver information about a company's offerings
- Provide proactive and extra‑mile service
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and respond to customer reviews
- Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and review feedback to continually improve the entertainment across the platform
- Identify service gaps and establish programs to address the gaps
- Assist in driving the customer loyalty strategy of the platform and ensure every agent has a strong education on desired programs
