Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support through phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist customers with order-related questions and concerns
- Support customers with appointment scheduling and booking inquiries
- Help customers access and manage their accounts
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Meet quality and productivity expectations
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach in all interactions
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
