Job Description

This is a high‑volume, onsite client support role responsible for assisting Schwab customers with account updates, password/PIN resets, and general service needs. Must be available between 6AM EST to 10PM EST.
Training: Onsite, 3–4 weeks
Contract length: 8–9 months
Interview process: Fully onsite, block‑scheduled interviews at each location
Key Responsibilities:

+ Update client information (mailing address, contact details)

+ Assist with password/PIN resets

+ Provide high‑quality customer service in a high‑call‑volume environment

+ Resolve client issues with professionalism and urgency

+ Support Schwab’s launch operations
