These consultants will provide back-office support by assisting with account-related inquiries and service requests. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions through phone and email, resolving account issues, processing requests accurately, and providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable navigating multiple systems while managing a high volume of customer interactions.
