Insight Global is looking for 3 customer service representatives for a third party logistics customer in Newnan, GA.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience
Day-to-Day:
• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Shift times:
1.) Thursday - Monday 12 PM - 8:30 PM
2.) Friday-Saturday 12 PM - 8:30 PM
3.) Wednesday - Sunday 12 PM - 8:30 PM
