Job Description
We are currently hiring for one of the Logistics - MNC Client - one of the worlds largest network for Logistics & Shipments.
Work Location:
DLF Cybercity, Gurgaon
Role Name:
Customer Service Agent - Inbound US Process
Work Days:
5 days working (rotational offs) - all night shift role.
Work Timings:
Between 05:30 PM IST to 04:30 AM IST - Rotational
Interview:
Face to face only (so share resume only if you are available inperson) to attend
Compensation to expect:
upto 6 LPA max + Night Shift Allowance + Cab facility*
Responsibilities
Communicate with US customers via phone
& assist them on queries / escalations raised.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
