Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve concerns.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Update customer information in the system.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and one of the languages listed above.

• Good communication skills.

• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
