Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a busy national contact center team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with service requests, installation orders, billing inquiries, and general support needs.

Responsibilities
+ Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound follow-up calls as needed
+ Assist customers with new installation orders and service requests
+ Follow up on open service tickets to ensure timely resolution
+ Support billing and payment-related inquiries
+ Process and complete online service requests
