Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of one of our Mississauga-based warehouses. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring that all scheduling and planning activities align with customer expectations, while maintaining efficiency and organization. You’ll also be responsible for managing daily requests and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately prepared and filed in a timely manner.
The target start date for this position is September 1st, 2025.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-person.

• Handle daily customer requests including PODs, track and trace, rush orders, and ensure timely and accurate responses.
