About the Role
Customer Service Representative. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) execution, ensuring timely and accurate order handling and delivery
- Act as the main operational point of contact for customers during the supply process, managing day-to-day order-related interactions
- Receive and process customer enquiries and orders via email or web-based ordering systems
- Prepare and submit price quotations
- Ensure recovery of standard and additional charges at order stage, maintaining cost accuracy and compliance
- Communicate order status, delivery updates, and additional charge approvals with customers or affiliate offices
- Coordinate with delivery agents to confirm product availability, delivery feasibility, and applicable extra charges
