Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls for product info, order help and after sales support
• Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote or check in on customer satisfaction
• Be professional and personal with every client
• Upsell and cross sell skincare products based on client needs and wants
• Respond and resolve issues, including angry or frustrated clients with professionalism and compassion
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and orders
• Book appointments or skincare consultations for clients
• Coordinate with store staff and ensure scheduling and follow ups are correct
