Customer Service Representative – Order Management SpecialistPosition Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers through phone, email, and online chat while managing order processing activities. This role is responsible for order entry, order management, purchase order processing, customer communications, and resolving order-related inquiries.
Note: This is not a data manipulation or reporting position. The primary focus is customer support, order management, and purchase order processing.
Responsibilities
