Customer Care Executive – Domestic E-commerce Process
📍 Location: Jaipur
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
🕒 Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (9.5 hours) | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-offs
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through inbound calls and chat support.
- Resolve customer concerns, issues, and escalations efficiently.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining service quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹18,000 per month
