NMaintaining service Callandevaluating TAT for all Dealers daily basis & improvement plan. NResolving Customers problems and improve customer service. NShould have technical Knowledge on RAC & VRF, Technical site visits for support. NAuditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met. NMaintaining strong relationships with dealers, and sales representatives. NTraining to new Technicianson Carrier Product & EH&S. NTraveling to Upcountry location on basis of requirements.
