About the Role

Pockit Self Storage is one of Manitoba’s leading self‑storage providers, and we’re looking for a motivated, sales‑minded team member to join us. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll drive occupancy, help customers find the right storage solution, and keep our facilities running at their best — all in a largely independent work environment with real room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Manage rentals and occupancy by presenting available units, pricing, and promotions to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads consistently to explore every opportunity to convert inquiries into rentals.
• Prepare and manage rental agreements and contracts.
• Process rental payments.
• Participate in vendor management and Accounts Payable processes.
• Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to minimize outstanding balances.
• Maintain units and general curb appeal.
