Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
β’ Providing customer support via telephone, e-mail and other methods in French and English.
β’ Ensuring a high level of customer service to our candidates and clients
β’ Resolving customer queries on a first call resolution basis.
β’ Where first call resolution isnβt possible, ensuring that you follow relevant escalation procedures.
β’ Following your assigned daily schedules and tasks.
β’ Taking part in in motivational activities.
β’ Using and implementing feedback given during monitoring and coaching sessions.
β’ Ensuring data security and upholding GDPR regulations.
β’ Achieving all individual KPIs including (but not limited to) AHT, QA, PPH
The Person:
