Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day client interactions and order-related activities for a Contract position based in Franklin, Massachusetts. This role is well suited to someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering dependable service. The assignment is expected to last 2 months with potential for extension, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
