Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage end‑to‑end order management process, from order entry to delivery.
• Process and maintain customer orders in SAP (order entry, invoicing, credits, returns).
• Handle purchase orders, credit/debit notes and customer requests.
• Maintain communication with customers, including US stakeholders (written communication).
• Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues.
• Use Salesforce and reporting tools to manage customer interactions and track cases.
