Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Full-time Other-General

3 months contract (renewable depending on performance). Working days: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm). Transport provided at Lakeside & Jurong Point MRT. Salary up to $2200.

Job Responsibilities

• Start and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintain records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Prepare product/service resolution by clarifying complaints, determining cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Handle placement of orders and delivery date adjustment.
• Feedback to Sales Team on forecast accuracy.

• Monday to Friday (8am –5pm)
