Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and taking appropriate action after consulting to the head.
- Answer phone calls and emails; communicate with clients through various channels
- Prepare and process order forms, quotation, machine and spare part requests
- Recordโkeeping of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Assist immediate supervisor with product inventories to be completed every end of the day
- Encode consumables monitoring, prepare weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to concerned personnel
- Monitor incoming and outgoind item/s, prepare withdrawal slips, material return slips, and service schedule form for the assigned technician in their respective designation
